Cooking Recipes - Chocolate Ice Cream

Material:

* 1 / 4 cup cocoa
* 1 / 2 cup granulated sugar
* 3 eggs yolks
* 1 / 2 cup whole milk
* 2 tea spoon cornstarch
* Vanilla to taste

Method:

* Cook the sugar, milk and vanilla until boil.
* Combine with flour maizena (
cornstarch) , chocolate and water.
* Enter the egg yolks and milk little by little and then boiled again until boiling.
* After boiling, remove and let stand until heat is reduced.
* Enter into the refrigerator.
* If you have hard ice cream means you are ready to serve.
